The Presses de l’Université du Québec (PUQ) and the Groupe École Supérieure de Commerce de Dakar (Groupe Supdeco) organized the launching ceremony of their partnership, (a co-publishing memorandum of understanding signed in Dakar on September 17, 2019) under the high patronage of the Quebec representative office in Senegal.

The ceremony took place on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at the Amphi of Campus Point E in the presence of Ms. Martine Des Rochers, Director of the Presses de l’Université du Québec, the Deputy Director General of Supdeco Mr. Abdoul Aziz Sy, Ms. Khady Diallo, Economic Cooperation Attaché at the General Delegation of Quebec in Dakar, with the participation also of Mr. Mamadou Diop, Community Life Officer, staff and students.

The main aim of this partnership is to encourage teacher-researchers, executives and business leaders to publish management books on a large scale to better equip business school and university students.

On this occasion, we are launching a call for manuscripts within the framework of this partnership for all teacher-researchers and anyone wishing to publish a textbook.

We will also create a collection of biographies of business leaders and we are launching a call for manuscripts to all business leaders wishing to publish a bio on the adventures of launching their businesses.
The Supdeco group positions itself among the very first in Africa to sell on the market this new activity which will bring a very large international visibility to African authors.
